  • Prepare Your Vehicle: You are responsible for preparing your vehicle for transport, including removing personal items, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition, and following any other instructions provided by Concierge Auto Transport.

  • Meet Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with our services in a timely manner. Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or service agreement.

Payment Terms

  • Quotes: All quotes provided by Concierge Auto Transport are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions at the time of shipment.

  • Deposits and Payments: A deposit may be required to secure your shipment. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery of your vehicle. Payment methods accepted include a major credit cards for prepayment & cash.

  • Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in service or additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your shipment, you must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms of your service agreement.

  • Refunds: Refunds for deposits or payments will be processed in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable.

Liability and Insurance

  • Carrier Liability: While Concierge Auto Transport works with reputable carriers, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier. The carrier's insurance will cover your vehicle during transport, subject to the carrier's policy terms and conditions.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concierge Auto Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.

Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive text messages from Concierge Auto Transport regarding your shipment, promotional offers, customer support, and other business-related communications.

  • Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive messages from us.

  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier’s plan.
